  • Entrance Fee

    • $8,000.00 ($8,400 including 5% GST) if paid in full, or;

    • $8,480.00 ($8,904 including 5% GST) if financed:

      • $4,104.00 down-payment (includes 5% GST); and

      • $200.00 monthly installments over the next 24 months.
